About the host:

miraclevie- Minnie Cheung developed her interest in spirituality in childhood, learning about different religions and finding a connection with Buddhism. In her late teens, she started exploring various types of yoga and deepened her practice. She began teaching in her home country Hong Kong in 2016. However, she experienced burnout in her career and started seeking deeper healing. This led her to explore different modalities and do inner work and energy healing. During her first crystal sound bath session, she discovered a resonance with Sound Healing, which she has since incorporated into her yoga practice alongside pranayama and meditation. Now, she is passionate about offering deeper healing beyond asana practice. And she aspires to hold a safe space and inspires people who crossed paths on her life journey to embark on their journey of self-discovery.
