
Do you want more power and control over your own body? By testing yourself mentally and physically you will discover and be amazed at what you can do. Dare to take the step, look for the depth within yourself. During this workshop you will get to know in a playful way how much impact breathing has on your state of being. You will learn and experience how to better regulate these through theory and the application of body awareness.
We are lucky as I arranged collaboration with Patricia Laso an amazing yoga teacher that will host a Pratyahara Vinyasa Yoga session for us as preparation for the breath journey.
Dynamic vinyasa practice designed to create space, inviting ourselves to de-tach of unnecessary inputs (withdrawal the senses) , to leave the sensory fields and allow them to be as they are. Meditative moving asana practice, unifying breath and movement to invite our mind and spirit to fully dwell our physical body with consciousness.
